Film Review: ‘Four Good Days’

I watched the film Four Good Days today. It was quietly released in 2020 and I’m glad I made the time to watch it — because although it was brutally sad, it was also incredibly moving.

Written and directed by Rodrigo García, Four Good Days is a story about Deb, the fraught mother of a drug addict in her fifteenth attempt to get clean. Yup, that’s right —her fifteenth attempt. Drug addiction is brutal.
